Work-wise I have worked at Scor Reassurance (where I had fun building software to simulate earthquakes every fraction lat/long degrees), Arkus (developing CRM software) and at the AIC at SRI International (multiple projects, but mainly argumentation and reasoning under uncertainty).
I co-founded Giro Technologies (first tech company in the nineties, pre-web), JumpTime (now OpenX; we developed an algorithm to value digital asset from an economic point of view in the context of the world wide web), BlueMessaging (a company devoted to a unified general theory of structured communication, which is a mouthful to say customer defined mobile software and form oriented chat robots) and FavrIt (where we are trying to solve once and for all the physical world bookmarking problem).
I am currently working at Nimblr.ai where we created Holly, an A.I. virtual assistant that helps healthcare practices automate patient communication while connecting/synching to the EHR/EMR that drives the practice.
